“Tumgard relieved gas and chest pain after years of discomfort.”

I’ve been dealing with gas issues for the past 2 years, and over the last 2 months, symptoms like stomach burning, burping, chest pain, and irregular bowel movements became more frequent. An endoscopy confirmed H. pylori, and although the HP kit gave me temporary relief, symptoms returned after stopping the medication. My lifestyle didn’t help; I usually skipped a proper breakfast, relying on tea, biscuits, or parathas, and sometimes made myself vomit in the morning. I also have a kidney stone (less than 3mm). After using Tumgard for 25 days, I experienced noticeable relief in gas, chest pain, and heaviness. However, I now feel mild tenderness and tingling on the left side when pressing the abdomen, and have sour burps. I’ve started wet compressions, which helped to some extent. I’ve now been advised to avoid bread and tea on an empty stomach and start breathing exercises.
