I have been dealing with digestive issues for over 5 years. It started when I was diagnosed with H. pylori, which got resolved after taking medications back then. However, the problems recurred recently after having some outside food and using painkillers for a while. My symptoms included burping, heaviness after meals, bloating 1–2 hours after eating, and improper stool formation unless I took isabgol. In April 2025, I was diagnosed again with diffuse erosive corporal gastritis, and my RUT test came back positive. While I am currently on medication, I have also started using Tumgard.
