I’ve been living with Crohn’s disease for 2 years. I used to pass stool 4–5 times a day, often with poor formation, gas, and lower-left abdominal pain—especially after eating raw fruits or vegetables. A year ago, I also dealt with severe bloating and mucus in my stool, which I managed with Ayurvedic treatment.
Since starting ColCalm 10 days ago, I’ve seen real improvements—less bloating, reduced stomach pain, and better stool formation. Though I still go 2–3 times a day and can’t identify all my food triggers, things finally feel like they’re moving in the right direction.
