I’ve been experiencing bloating, heartburn, and mild upper abdominal pain since last year. In July 2024, an endoscopy confirmed that I was H. pylori positive with antral gastritis. I took the HP kit twice—once in 2024 and again in 2025—but didn’t get any relief. I don’t smoke, drink, or eat outside food, and I’m not on any medication currently. For the past 17 days, I’ve been using Tumgard, and I’ve noticed significant relief in bloating and abdominal pain. However, I still experience heartburn if I wait too long between meals.
