 I’ve dealt with bloating, acid reflux, heartburn, and abdominal pain for the past 10 years. Despite multiple endoscopies and no RUT findings, a breath test last year confirmed H. pylori. I’ve stayed disciplined, avoiding lactose, gluten, and drinking only occasionally. Since starting Tumgard, my acidity has definitely gone down.
