For the past six months, I’ve been dealing with heaviness after eating, irregular bowel movements, semisolid stools, and a feeling of incomplete evacuation. An endoscopy six months ago showed gastritis, but RUT was negative. I’m not on any medications and have no smoking, drinking, or tobacco habits. Today, I had a follow-up endoscopy that revealed a grade 1 hiatal hernia, with no signs of gastritis or H. pylori.
