“Relief from burning and acidity with Tumgard.”

For the past 2 years, I had been struggling with acidity symptoms, heartburn, stomach burn, burping, bloating, and heaviness after meals. Constipation and hard stools added to my discomfort. Despite normal ultrasound results, my issues persisted. My daily diet usually includes 3–4 low-gluten wheat chapatis.
