Purchased Hugg on November 26 (#12050)
How was the experience with Hugg?
In the first 24 days, my blood sugar increased by a little. Then in the next 24 days, I saw a good result. In 48 days, my Hba1c fell from 7.9 to 7.2%.
Were you on a diet/medicines?
No I was not on diet. I am a foodie person, loves sweets, and take 5-6 cups of tea per day with sugar. After eating white rice my sugar level increases and I can’t compromise on taste so cannot switch to brown rice. I don’t do any exercise too.I was on insulin and used to take medicines 3 times a day.
I am very happy with the result. Will continue.
